The Help menu contains commands to display information that can help you to learn and use Meridian.

The following table briefly describes each command on the Help menu.

Help menu commands
Command	Description
Meridian Help	Opens Meridian Help, which contains the contents of this Meridian User’s Guide.
About Meridian	Displays Meridian version, build, and copyright information. Click the Meridian logo to close the dialog.
Video Tutorials	Displays a submenu of narrated video tutorials that you can watch at your computer with a web browser. The tutorials must be installed on the Meridian server by a system administrator.
